While in college he met and married his wife of over 63 years, Brenda (Gilbreath) Knight. They had two sons and countless adventures throughout. Hobbies included being outdoors gardening, hunting, fishing and shooting. Family gatherings, old movies and food, desserts in particular, top off his list of favorites.
Al was predeceased by his parents and granddaughter Jessica Knight.
He is survived by his wife Brenda Knight of Parker, CO (previously of Claremore, OK); sons, Derek Knight (Julie) of Parker, CO; Devin Knight of Indianapolis, IN; grandsons, Landry Knight (Nicole) of Broken Arrow, OK; Travis Knight of Marina del Rey, CA; and, great granddaughter Aspen Knight of Broken Arrow, OK.
