Albert Louis Kulle, 88, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Doctors Community Rehabilitation and Patient Care Center.
Albert was born on September 22, 1937, in Washington, DC to the late Theodore and Anna Kulle.
Albert was first married to the late Helen Kulle they had 4 children. He is survived by his sons Albert Michael Kulle, Matthew Anthony Kulle (Linda), and daughter Ann Helms (Doug). Six grandchildren Michael Hudson, Brian Kulle, Steven Kulle, Shane Kulle, Marissa Ward, and Hunter Helms. Seven great grandchildren. Sister Teresa Sein and a brother Johnny Kulle. And many other family members. Albert was preceded in death by his son Mark Andrew Kulle.
A former resident of Annapolis, Maryland, Albert was a distinguished Veteran who served in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1960. Following his military service, he continued his dedication by working as a Police officer for Prince George’s County retiring after 20 years 1960 to 1980 as a Captain. Albert graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in December 1977.
In lieu of flowers, Albert requested that donations be made to the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP #89) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th at 1:30 pm at the Greenbelt Volunteer Fire Department for family and friends.
