Alberta Hill Obituary
Alberta "Bert" Lois Hill, 87, of Amanda passed away on November 10, 2025. She was born on February 23, 1938 to the late Manford and Virginia (Kirschner) Hendricks. She retired from Crestview Manor in medical records after over 20 years. She was an avid Ohio State fan, enjoyed puzzles, and collecting ceramics. She has an extensive collection of ceramic Angels.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Parvy; infant daughter Carrie Hill; son, Anthony (Tawnette) Hill; and brothers, Pete and Wayne Hendricks.
Bert is survived by her children, Virginia Smyers, of Amanda, Keith (Mary) Hill, of Lancaster, Jerome (Carol) Hill, of Lancaster, and Jeff (Lisa) Hill, of Junction City; 17 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 1pm on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home, 111 W Main St, Amanda, OH 43102. The family will receive friends from 11am until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Rescue of your choice.
