There will be a Rosery at St. Jude Catholic Church in San Patricio, New Mexico on Monday October 2,2023 at 10:30 am. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 am.
On February 21, 1944, Alberta Sena was born to Albert Montes and Lucera Martha Richardson Montes in Carrizozo, New Mexico. She was a member of St.Judes Catholic Church of San Patricio, NM and Assumption Catholic Church of Roswell, NM. She enjoyed sewing and was known for filling her home and kitchen with the sweet aromas from her cooking and baking. Alberta will be missed by her family and friends.
Those left to eternally treasure and cherish memories of Alberta Sena are her children: Debbie Smith Willard, Robin Smith, Mark Smith, Andrew Sena; grandchildren: Ethan Sena, Nathan Sena, Daniel Smith, Amy Wilson, Samantha Kent, Promise McGuire Smith, David Bone, Will McGuire Smith, Lawson Willard, Kailen Smith, Eryn Renteria, Joey Renteria; great grandchildren: Wesson Bone, Tallen Bone, Liam Smith Bone, Dylan Smith, Lane Smith, Dusty Smith Sawyer Smith, Peyton Burns, Parker Bell Wilson, Paisleigh Smith, Dominquez, Taylor Saavedra, Oliva Kent, Nora Kent, Liam Kent; siblings: Edward Montes, Gerald Montes, Lloyd Montes, Thomas Montes, Ralph Montes, Marcella Miller, Patricia Montes-Crank, Danny Montes; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Alberta is preceded in death by her parents: Albert Montes and Lucera Montes.
Blessed to be chosen as Honorary Pallbearers are Alberta's family and friends.
Alberta Sena's obituary was lovingly written by her family.

Alberta's baking cakes! She baked many birthday cakes for me. I also worked at St. Mary's with her. She had a caring heart! My condolences to the family. RIP Alberta. Your friend Mary J. Sosa
