Alberta M. Spodark

     Alberta M. Spodark, age 56, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2006 at Alden Terrace Long Grove Nursing Home in Long Grove.
     She was born March 18, 1949 in Morton Grove, the daughter of Albert and Delphine (Sweider) Taber. She married Anthony D. Spodark on October 14, 1972, at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, Chicago.
     Formerly of Des Plaines, Alberta has been a resident of Round Lake Beach for a year. She was a homemaker and a piano instructor and tuner. She enjoyed giving lessons from her home. Alberta enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and making things by hand. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Round Lake.
     Survivors include her husband, Anthony D. Spodark of Round Lake Beach; two daughters, Antoinette M. Spodark of Chicago, and Lucy (Salvador) Nava of Round Lake Beach; two grandchildren, Zachery and Jeremey Spodark; and a special friend, Donna (Ian) Harding of Round Lake Park.
     She was preceded in death by her parents.
     The visitation will be from. 9 a.m.until 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at Justen’s Round Lake Funeral Home, 222 N. Rosedale Ct., Round Lake IL. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m.on Tuesday, January 24, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 114 N. Lincoln Ave, Round Lake.
