Greece: Passed away peacefully on Sunday March 23, 2025 at age 96.

Predeceased by his parents, Giuditta and Alfonso Ritondale; his son, Alphonse Ritondale; son-in-law, Robert Continelli; sister and brother-in-law, Mary (Vince) Ventimiglia; brother and sister-in-law, Armando (Ida) Ritondale; along with several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Aldo is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Angie (Salvia) Ritondale; his devoted daughters, Judy Continelli and Diana (Steve) MacLean; and daughter-in-law, Sherrie Ritondale.

He was the proud and loving grandfather of Lisa Continelli, Bob Continelli, Matthew MacLean, Stephen MacLean, Eric MacLean (fiancé Raquel Redman), Augustine Ritondale and Tyler Ritondale; several nieces and nephews and special neighbors, Gary and Denise.

Aldo was born in Calabria, Italy on September 4, 1928. He immigrated to America aboard the ship Vulcania, departing on July 27, 1950 and arriving to Ellis Island on August 7, 1950.

He married Angelina Salvia on May 18, 1957. They had 3 children, Judy, Diana and Al.

A skilled carpenter and cabinet maker by trade, Aldo took great pride in his work. But above all, he was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He had an amazing memory and was able to tell stories from The Old Country in great detail.

His greatest joy was being with family, especially our Sunday dinners and holidays.

Aldo had many favorite TV programs like All In The Family, The Andy Griffith Show and Walker, Texas Ranger. During football season, he especially enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills!

He will be remembered for his kind and generous nature and so much love for his family.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved him.
Services were held privately for the family.
