IN LOVING MEMORY
Aldrin Edwin Herradura
Nov 29 1973 - Dec 19 2025 Dec 19 2025
Aldrin Edwin Villalba Herradura, age 52, passed away December 19, 2025, in
Plano, Texas. He was born on November 29, 1973, in Bacolod City, Philippines, to his loving parents Edwin Herradura and Rhesa Villalba.
Aldrin grew up in the Philippines, where his early years shaped a deep appreciation for family, faith, and community. He completed his high school education in Cebu at East Visayan Academy and went on to further his studies at the Adventist University of the Philippines.
Answering a calling to care for others, Aldrin built a meaningful career in nursing, eventually becoming a traveling nurse. His compassion, dedication, and professionalism touched countless lives. Prior to traveling, he was serving patients at Methodist Richardson, where he was respected by colleagues and deeply appreciated by those in his care.
Outside of work, he lived life with passion and creativity. Aldrin was an avid gun collector who took pride in his collection and knowledge. Music was one of his greatest joys - he was a gifted musician, singer, and performer who could play many instruments, though the saxophone held a special place in his heart. Whether performing or playing for loved ones, his music brought people together and filled every room with energy and warmth.
Aldrin also found freedom on the open road, enjoying motorcycle rides and time spent outdoors. Above all else, his greatest joy came from being a devoted father. He treasured every moment with his girls, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and guidance. His presence was a constant source of strength, encouragement, and unwavering support.
Aldrin will be remembered for his generous heart, adventurous spirit, and the deep love he had for his family. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the music he shared, and the love he gave so freely.
Aldrin is survived by his beloved wife, Melinda Herradura, daughters, Adree Herradura, Aira Herradura, and Allee Herradura, all of
Plano, Texas; mother, Rhesa Manahan of San Bernardino, California; siblings, Alvin Herradura (Joy) of Lacey, Washington, Gay Victoriano (George Robert) of Visalia, California, Michael Manahan, and Gayle Manahan both of San Bernardino, California; and numerous other loving extended family members and friends, who will miss him dearly and forever cherish his memory.
Aldrin was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, aunties Rose, Rachel, and Ruth, and uncle Rudy Torres Villalba.
