Aleda was a great friend while I was La Chatelainie in Gstaad, Switzerland. We lived in Windspielen Chalet and would walk up to the main house together.
Aleda had a great sense of humor... she actually invented the illness "cuisinitis"... the symptoms were not wanting to attend a certain class that day...she was a lovely friend and I will miss her bright personality.
May God bless her...

To Aleda's family....I worked with Aleda over many years at Riverside Gallery in Warrensburg on a variety of picture framing projects, the most recent being a shadowbox featuring the kilt, photos and accoutrements from her childhood. She was a truly lovely woman with a gentle way and a warm smile always. I will remember her fondly and will miss seeing her at the gallery. May Creator welcome her with open arms as she ventures on her next journey in the Great Mystery, and may all those she leaves behind find peace and healing in their hearts. Blessings always.... Another old-line Schenectady family member is gone. From days of schooling at Saint Agnes School, ALBANY/Loudonville, to great sailing at the Lake George Club, we'll not soon see another leading family like this.
