Alejandro Megariz Bracamonte, born on April 3, 1933, in Tubac, Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 24 2024, in Green Valley, Arizona. He was a cherished husband, father, brother, and grandfather whose life was marked by a deep love for his family and his community.

Alejandro is survived by his beloved wife, Belen Bracamonte, whose partnership brought joy and companionship into his life for many years. Together, they fostered a warm and loving home filled with laughter and support. Alejandro is also survived by his three children, Ricardo Bracamonte, Jaime Mata Bracamonte, Mary Ester Ramirez, and Barbara W. Cisneros. Each of his children carries forward the values and teachings he instilled in them, reflecting the love and guidance he provided throughout their lives.

In addition to his immediate family, Alejandro is survived by his brother, Augustin Bracamonte, and his sister, Isabel Bracamonte. The bonds of siblinghood were important to Alejandro, and he valued the time spent with family, weaving a legacy of togetherness and unity. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus Reyes Bracamonte and Maria Castro Megariz. 

His life was further enriched by the joy of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were a source of immense pride and happiness for him. Each grandchild and great-grandchild brought light into his life, and he reveled in the moments shared with them, creating memories that will be cherished for generations to come.

Alejandro Megariz Bracamonte will be remembered for his kindness, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to his family. He was a man who understood the importance of connection and built lasting relationships that touched the hearts of those around him. His presence will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will live on in the love of his family and friends, who continue to honor his legacy.
