Alex Jeffrey Otho "AJ" Bell, of Fouke, Arkansas, passed away on October 25, 2025, at the age of 32. He was born on May 12, 1992, and was deeply loved by his family and friends.
AJ is survived by his father, Jeffrey Bell; his brother, Robert Bell, and sister-in-law Brianne Bell; his sisters, Leslie McQuinn and brother-in-law Danny McQuinn, and Sarah Ramirez. He also leaves behind his nephews, Alexander Duran, Easton Ramirez and Nicholas Ramirez; and his nieces, Hailey Sharp and husband John Sharp, Meagan Williamson and husband Seth Williamson, Jessica Autrey and Leonie Bell. He was also survived by his great-niece and great-nephew, as well as countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends whom he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Regina Ann Dillow; his paternal grandparents, Otho and Pauline Bell; and his maternal grandparents, Kaylene and Charles Speights.
In his early years, AJ found joy in hunting and fishing, spending countless days outdoors. After a devastating accident six years ago left him paralyzed, his life changed in many ways. Though the years that followed were often difficult, AJ continued to find comfort in small joys, like playing Xbox and spending time with those closest to him.
AJ's life was marked by both love and struggle, and he will be remembered for his humor, his warmth, and the bond he shared with his family. Those who knew him will carry his memory with deep affection and sorrow.
A memorial service to celebrate AJ's life will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Farren Baptist Church in Redlick, Texas. A meal will be provided at the church before the services for family members at 1:30 p.m.
