I flew with Alex and his brother in VP-48 and he was noted as one of the best IFT´s stationed at Moffett Field CA. His reputation was impeccable which led to him being hand selected for a commission. Alex was one of my roommates in VP48 while on deployment in 1989. I remember him playing computer golf when on the Ready1. Alex always had a smile and a laugh at the ready.
