It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through.

we are only her today and not tomorrow. there is better work to be done elsewhere. in the 3rd chapter of selegius we read:"we are ordained to dust and the angels will descent to carry us to the world of the non." we can all learn from these words.
