For 58 beautiful and loving years, he shared his life with his beloved wife, Zenaida Perez de Rodriguez. Together they built a family rooted in unity, hard work, and endless love. Alfonso leaves behind his children: Victor Hugo Rodriguez, Eduardo Luis Rodriguez, Sandra Yolanda Rodriguez, Ana Rodriguez, and Araceli Valeria Rodriguez. He is also survived by his brothers, Salvador Rodriguez, Eutimo Rodriguez, Santiago Rodriguez, and Angel Rodriguez; his sisters, Raquel Muñoz and Sylvia Rodriguez; and his many grandchildren: Ashley, Violeta, Samantha, Rocio, Cesar, Christian, Juan, Christopher, Jose, Dalessandro, Eiza, Valerie, Jose, and another precious baby blessing on the way. Alfonso was further blessed with great-grandchildren: Brasayies, Estevan, Briella, Avery, Santos, Sebastian, Fabian, and Phoenix. He also leaves behind his cherished furbaby, Muñequita, who brought him daily joy and companionship.
Those who preceded him in death include his beloved son, Juan Alfonso Rodriguez; his parents, Carlos Rodriguez and Sara Negrete; and his loving siblings.
Alfonso was a man who found happiness in life's simple pleasures. He loved being outdoors, working on yards, and tending to his own with care and pride. He enjoyed watching soccer-especially Chivas-and he could never resist a plate of homemade enchiladas Mexicanas. Music filled his days, particularly the sounds of corridos and cumbias, which he loved dearly.
Alfonso's legacy is one of love, resilience, and dedication. His memory will continue to live on through the countless lives he touched, and he will forever be loved, remembered, and missed by all who knew him.
