My memory of "The Judge" was that it was an Honor to meet and know him. I became part of the extended "outlaw" family for several years. Then left due change in marital status. But the wonderful and warm memories of time spent with him and his family will always be with me. He was an amazing person. Sending my warmest and deepest condolences to his family.

Quite the sad surprise to discover the passing of Judge Covello in today's 2/23/25 Courant Obituary. An excellent and praiseworthy obituary. I met him in my divorce proceedings in the late 80's. Very impressive individual, and very considerate of litigants lives. Spoke with him occasionally through subsequent decades (and also by phone call on a Christmas day). I was always impressed with him; a truly pinnacle person. My sincere condolences to his family.
