Alfred is survived by one daughter, Christine (Jose) Villafuerte of St. Anne; one son, Alfred (Jason) Ponton of Bradley; and three grandchildren, Manuel (Haley) Villafuerte of Coal City, Vanessa (Mark) Senesac of Bradley, and Daniel (Wendy) Villafuerte of Chebanse.
He was also preceded in death his parents; one brother; three sisters; and one great-grandson, Connor Villafuerte.
Alfred was a 30-year member of the Moose Lodge in Bradley.
A private graveside service will be held at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in L'Erable with Deacon Ed Szymanski officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Miller Healthcare Center in Kankakee.
Arrangements are being handled by the Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton.
