Alfred Hubert Rogers was born on Wednesday, March 9, 1955 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, the son of the late Hubert Rogers and Rachel Williams Rogers.
He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Poston Street Church of God where he served as a Deacon.
Affectionately called Hubert, he received his education in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System where he attended and graduated from Clarksville High School, Class of 1972. After high school, he served in the United States Army from 1972 through 1976 and attained the rank of Sergeant/E5. After leaving the military, he was employed with Blanchfield Army Community Hospital as a food service worker in the Nutrition Department for more than 20 years.
Hubert was a dedicated father to three children and was sole provider to his youngest son, Rayshawn. He loved spending time with family and friends. He loved to cook, fish, watch movies, and ride around to see the growth of Clarksville. All who knew and loved him will sorely miss his presence.
On Sunday, March 8, 2026, Hubert departed this life to be with the Lord.
