Alfreda L. Doyne

Alfreda Lena Lech Doyne, 99, died on July 24, 2025, at Rose View Center, Williamsport, where she had been a resident since 2010. She was born on September 22, 1925, in Schuylkill Haven to the late Anthony and Victoria Kacelowicz Lech. She was a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School. She married Kenneth John Doyne, who died on Dec. 24, 1977. Alfreda attended, participated in church activities, and did volunteer work at, St. Ann Catholic Church, St Boniface Catholic Church and the former Annunciation Catholic, now St. Joseph the Worker Parish all in Williamsport. She is survived by her children: Diane Henne and husband, Bruce, of Shillington; Donna Lee Hutchinson of Downingtown; and Michael Doyne and wife, Cheryl, of Selinsgrove; six grandchildren, Randy, Christopher, Wendy, Mindy, Stacy and Joshua; and eight great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by the Crouse Funeral Home in Williamsport. Burial will be at the Schulykill Memorial Park, Schulykill Haven PA on Tuesday August 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
