Alfredo Contreras

Alfredo Contreras was born on November 11, 1962, passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 63. He was a loving father, son, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence brought joy to everyone around him. He was preceded in death by his father, Martin Contreras; brothers, Daniel Martinez and Ruben Contreras; and stepfather, Raul Monreal.

Alfredo is survived by his mother, Gloria Monreal; his children, Wesley (Amber) Contreras, Savannah (Jorge), Zachary and Alfredo (Jessica) Contreras, Jr. He leaves behind cherished grandchildren: Jaxson, Falcon, Nova Lee Falcon, Falcon, Ezekiel Contreras and Sawyer Contreras. He is also survived by siblings Martin (Betty) Contreras, Yvonne Contreras, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Alfredo lived life to the fullest. He loved barbecuing, dancing, fishing, and camping. He enjoyed cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and never turned down bottomless shrimp and crab legs. Though his life was cut far too short, one thing was certain-Alfredo embraced every moment with a true passion for living.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South at 9:00 AM. located at 1700 S.E. Military Dr. San Antonio, TX 78214.
