My name is Michelle. Iam a resident of commerce city. It saddens me that Noone has written anything on this wall. I met oscar a hand full of times and every time he was respectable and a good citizen. I was walking alone in the evening whe. It was dark all three times. He stopped me and said that I was in a bad neighborhood and insisted that he walk me to my destination. Which he did and then went on his merry way. He was nice to talk to and funny. I wish I could have been blessed with more interactions with him. It's so sad that he had to go the way he did. He didn't deserve it. God be with him and hold him tight. My condolences to his family.
