Alice Lee Obituary
Born February 13, 1932 in Midland to Mack and Lillie Robinson Eudy, she married the love of her life, Cladie Allen Lee, Sr. on December 23, 1952. They became proud parents of three children Olivia Lee Watts (Jim), Cladie Allen Lee, Jr. (Elizabeth) and Steven Micah Lee (Evie).
Alice was a long-time member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church. Her talents were many including growing flowers, a wonderful cook, an expert seamstress and a strong Christian. Although she worked out of the home for a number of years, she later began keeping children in her home. This was her most favorite "job." She was known as Mama Alice to so many children. She even kept the children of those children for some time.
Left to mourn her loss are her beloved children, precious grandchildren Jamie Watts (Anna), Jennifer Watts, Julie Privette (Justin), Michael Lee (Amy) and Randi Lee and treasured great grandchildren Zach Privette, Kody Privette, Michael Lee, Lynden Lee and River Watts and sister Janet Eudy Furr.
Alice is preceded in death by her parents Mack and Lillie, son Micah who passed on August 12, 2021 and siblings Jim Eudy, Reade Eudy, Roger Eudy, Evan Eudy and Clara Eudy Phillips.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, January 26, 2024 at 10:30 am at McEwen Funeral Service located at 5716 Monroe Road in Charlotte. Funeral service will begin at 11:30 am with burial immediately following at Sharon Memorial Park.

I just thought about "Mawmaw Lee", as my children called her & ran across her obituary. My condolences go out to her family. My children loved Mawmaw Lee & Granddy so much that they actually thought they were related vs their childcare team. Alice was so good to my children - I just cried when it was time for them to move on to kindergarten. She will always be part of my children´s history! We were More than lucky to have her in our lives!!!!!!!
