In Loving Memory of Alice Sanford
It is with deep sorrow and love that we mourn the passing of our beloved mother, Alice Sanford, who left on October 12, 2025 at the age of 77.
Alice was born on September 16, 1948 in Brooker, Florida, and throughout her life, she brought warmth, kindness, and strength to everyone around her. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend — a woman whose compassion, wisdom, and quiet strength shaped the lives of so many.
She is survived by her sons Jason and John Sanford; grandchildren; Bailey, Brannon, Liana, Carolyn, Jaime; great grandchild: Nicholas and her brother Richard Knight. All who will carry her memory and legacy forward with love and pride. She was predeceased by her parents James and Geraldine Knight, her beloved son Jimmy who she always carried in her heart, her sister Thelma McQuag, her brothers Vernon, David, Roy, John, and Jack.
Alice was known for her cooking, her laughter and her generosity. Her greatest joy was found in the love of her family. Alice had an unforgettable smile that was contagious.
A celebration of her life will be held on October 24,2025 at Newcomer Funeral Services 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL. The family will receive friends starting at 2:00pm, with a service that will begin at 3:00pm. Friends and family are welcome to attend and honor her memory.
Her love was a gift to all who knew her, and her spirit will live on in our hearts forever.tr
