Alicia Ann Mason, 47, of Payson, Utah, passed away on October 17, 2025, after a brief illness. Born in Provo, Utah, she was the youngest of five children born to Ronald and Linda Mason.
Alicia was a radiant light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering compassion defined her life. Alicia chose to see the good in every person she met. With a deep love for life and an open heart, Alicia welcomed everyone into her home without hesitation, offering warmth, acceptance, and generosity. Alicia brought joy to life.
She had a special bond with animals and cared for them with the same tenderness she showed to people. Animals naturally gravitated toward her, and she loved them all—each one finding a place in her heart.
Alicia was a loving and devoted mother, whose greatest pride and joy were her daughters, Mylee Haupt and Reese Evans. She was also a nurturing and guiding presence to Michael Evans, Bridger Hall, and Trevor Haupt, who regarded her as a second mother. Alicia also leaves behind her beloved mother, Linda Mason, and her siblings: Ronda Miller, Boyd Mason, Brent Mason, and Rian Mason. Alicia will also be deeply missed by her dear friend Mike Evans, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends whose lives she touched with her kindness.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ron Mason, and her friend, Nathan Haupt.
A celebration of Alicia’s life will be held on November 1, 2025, to honor the joy, love, and light she brought to this world. It will be held at 127 W Main St. in Eureka, Utah, from 2-4PM.
In remembering Alicia, we celebrate a life lived with compassion, generosity, and unconditional love.
