Weslaco- Alicia V. Rodriguez, 86, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 18, 2024 in her residence in Weslaco.
Mrs. Rodriguez was born on June 21, 1937 to Mr. Juan Villa and Mrs. Daria Zamora in Dallas, Texas.
Mrs. Rodriguez is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Juan Villa and Mrs. Daria Zamora; her loving husband, Guadalupe B. Rodriguez; her sons, Eduardo Rodriguez, David Rodriguez; her son-in-law, Hector Garcia; her brother, Juan Villa; her sister, Clemencia Vasquez.
Left to cherish her memories are her son, Jose Rodriguez; her daughters, Sylvia Garcia, Belinda Rodriguez, Martha (Jose) Gracia; her brothers, Luis Villa, Frank Villa; her sisters, Carmen Zamora, Margarita Humda, Blanca Villa; 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Alicia V. Rodriguez is scheduled for Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Weslaco. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 10:00 am at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Weslaco. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
