Alison M. Tiesi

Alison M. Tiesi, 62, of River Pointe, Manchester, died Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center, New Brunswick. Born in Passaic, she had lived in Stewartsville before moving to Manchester in 2018. Alison had worked as a special education school teacher for 10 years with Essex Regional Educational Services Commission in Fairfield before retiring in 1990. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and loved spending time with her son Eric. Alison was predeceased by her sister, Gail Colegary; and niece, Tara Colegary. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Vincent P. Tiesi; son, Eric Tiesi; brother, Thomas & Karen Colegary; sister in law, Carol Tiesi; and niece, Shannon & Dave Broitman. Visitation is Thursday, 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. Funeral Liturgy is Friday, 10 am, at St. John's Church, Lakehurst.
