Aliyah Precious Jules

On December 20, 2023, after a courageous battle, heaven gained a beautiful angel named Aliyah Precious Jules. She was 15 years old.
Aliyah was born on December 1, 2008, in Plantation, Florida to the parents of Rashida and Ali. Aliyah loved playing video games, and showed a huge interest in computers from a very young age. Minecraft was Aliyah's favorite game to play on her computer because she could build things to her liking and it allowed her to showcase her imagination from the very start. Aliyah often spoke of becoming a computer engineer, a web developer, and at times mentioned becoming a famous "youtuber". Aliyah had even began building her own PC prior to being diagnosed with cancer.
Aliyah was also a part of Nova High School's Volleyball Team. She was so excited when she found out she made the team. After all, it was her first time trying out and she made it! Aliyah was a part of a tight knit group, that immediately formed an inseparable bond. She said that it was one of the best feelings in the world. She couldn't wait to do it all over again next year...
Aliyah was the second born child to her mother, the first to her father, and the only girl amongst the 3. She treasured every moment with family and friends, knew the importance of living in the moment, and never took anything for granted. Aliyah always wore a smile, was quite optimistic, and a very humble being. Even while enduring treatment, Aliyah never once complained and took it all in stride.
She had the capability of standing out without trying. Aliyah was a social butterfly, with the natural ability to effortlessly make everyone feel comfortable being themselves, while never being judgmental of who they were. Aliyah was free spirited, genuine & pure hearted. She was a beautiful soul, inside and out, full of compassion & kindness. Although here only for a short while, Aliyah has unquestionably left an indelible mark on the lives of many.
While we will miss our sweet, precious Aliyah dearly, we delight in knowing that she is no longer suffering. Until we meet again, may you rest in perfect peace. We love you Aliyah, today and forever more. Until we meet again...
