Coach McGurk,

Words cannot express how much you will be missed by the Los Gatos community. Your calm demeanor and fiery passion for your football players set the tone for those who played at Los Gatos High School. As Coach Krail had mentioned in a parent football meeting, you always received the loudest ovation of all the coaches.

Our hearts are broken; however, your legacy will carry on by those you impacted along the way. Give em Hell Coach McGurk!!!

I miss you buddy. A great friend who could debate with the best of them, but always respected my opinions. I hope you got to see your son and grandkids before you passed on, but now you are with your dear Mom. Rest in peace my friend and if there´s a football team to coach up there, you are the man for the job.
