Allan Ragaller, 73, of Citrus County, Florida passed away at home on October 10, 2025. Allan was born in Carroll, Iowa on May 13, 1952, the son of the late of Edward and Evelyn Ragaller.
Allan worked as a Sergeant with the City of Denison Police Department in Iowa before moving to Florida in 1995. He enjoyed boating, traveling, and computers and thoroughly loved helping to raise his granddaughter, Sara.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Melanie Davis; two sons, Terry Ragaller (Kelly) and Mark (Heather); three stepchildren, David and Bryan Kirven, and Marcie Ward; grandchildren Kenna Ragaller, Alexis Ragaller, Chase Ragaller, and Sara Kirven; brother Terry (Lana); sisters Pat McCollough and Carol Eisen.
Services are being handled by Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness, Florida. Per Allan’s wishes his ashes will be scattered in the Gulf of Mexico, a place that brought him much joy in life. His suffering is now over. May he rest in peace. 10-7
