Allen was born on September 20, 1948 and passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017. Allen was a resident of Gainesville, Florida at the time of his passing. He was married to Ellen McLeod. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 22, 2017 in the Copeland Cemetery. No formal visitation will be held.
