I am truly saddened to hear of Kent´s death. I will miss his enthusiasm, curiosity and smile. We shared a lot of laughter together in our friendship.

Kent and I served together as Senior Class officers for the Jordan High Class of 68. After the resignation of one of the trio, early in our senior year, we were partners in serving our class, a role we both took seriously. There were lots of laughs and stories shared over the years. Kent never missed working on a reunion. We worked so well together that we usually agreed on most everything. I would toss out ideas, and often he would just say, "Yes dear", and we would both laugh, as we worked together so long we almost knew how the other would react. He truly cared for our classmates. There were times that he did things for the class and swore me to secrecy about his actions. At the 100 year JHS reunion, we learned we were one of only 2 sets of elected class officers still serving their class. I never dreamed as we planned and executed our 55 year reunion that it would be our last one to do together. Here's to the one you are planning in heaven. I will miss you my friend. May I express love and condolences on behalf of myself and the class of '68 to all of Kent's family. Lark Rogers Woodbury

My condolence's to Kent´s family
Kent was my friend. I met Kent at 57 degrees wine bar when it was on 13th and G st. About 21 years ago, in San Diego. The wine bar moved to another location but Kent continued to hang out there too. So through the years we have drank many bottles of wine together, I even hired Kent on one of my remodel projects. Dang it, he was a great guy and my wife and I will truly miss him. Kevin Hofland

Kent was my great buddy. Me painted me the coolest Rat Fink sweatshirt that I wore, all my siblings wore and my oldest son. By then it was only a vest and and was getting very threadbare. He will be missed!!
