Allison Back Obituary
Swoope - Allison Nicole Back, 22, of Swoope, died Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at her residence.
She was born July 3, 1998 in Fishersville, a daughter of Robert Lewis Back and Rhonda (Morgan) Harris.
She was formerly employed by Westwood Animal Hospital as a vet tech assistant and was currently employed by VIP Groomers.
Allison enjoyed music, her pets, hikes with dogs and her friends, and she loved animals.
In addition to her parents, family members include her step-father, Jeremy Harris; maternal grandmother, Florence Diane Morgan; paternal grandparents, Dorothy A. and Frank P. Back; Shane Clatterbaugh; her beloved chocolate lab, Jake; and a number of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandmother, Mabel Virginia Stott; maternal grandfather, William Eugene Morgan; and her beloved dog, Molly.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2021 in Arbor Hill Church of the Brethren by Pastor Jack Grover. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens.
Active pallbearers will be Mark Buchanan, Jeremy Harris, Tony Morgan, Mack Morgan, William J. R. Morgan, and Matt Jarrell.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
Memorials may be made to the Augusta Regional SPCA, P.O. Box 2014, Staunton, VA 24402.
Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Allison was a great girl. She was allways the same person whenever you would talk to her. She was the person that kept people informed about where to find a kitten or puppy that needed a home. We know she will be great help to the Lord helping with all our furry little friends

My deepest sympathies to Allison’s Family this is beyond words. When Allison was a child her Grandfather William allowed Allison in his circle of associates and tagged her Nikki-Poo. Allison was fascinated with her Grandfather William and Nikki-Poo was his favorite.
