Allyn was born on February 5, 1939 and passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. Allyn was a resident of Michigan. He was a United States Marine Veteran. Visitation is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home 204 North Blackstone where the family will receive friends on Friday July 7th 2017 from 2:00 through 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday July 8th at 11:00 a.m. following a 10:00 a.m. visitation at Redeemer Lutheran Church 3637 Spring Arbor Road with Pastor Michael A. Geml presiding. Private internment will take place at Grand Lawn Cemetery in Detroit. The family encourages memorial contributions be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church or Great Lakes Caring Hospice.

Allyn and I became friends through working together at Habitat For Humanity. Al was devoted to his family, a good marine and a good worker to have on the job site. Al will be missed by us all. Rest In Peace Friend.
