WORDS---the TOOLS of Communication; but when I reach into my "tool box" I cannot find the words to say what you meant to me. A FRIEND ever-present; a co- conspirator fighting illness. We will meet again one day,Allyn. Chuck McLaughlin

Allyn, It was a sad day for everyone when God called you home. You were truly a wonderful person. You left us with so many memories that will always be with us in our hearts. From camping at Shawnee to all the family functions & most of all our annual family Memorial Day picnics. We all thought of you not as our cousin but as our fourth brother. Your smile & positive, upbeat attitude will always be with us getting us through this difficult time. We love you & miss you!

Allyn was always the life of the party. Whether it was a wedding, a graduation, or the yearly memorial day party, he always brought a smile and a lot of laughter. Even when we saw him in July, he had a smile on his face and a kind word for all. You will be missed and were definitely loved.

Glen & Boo sorry for your loss. I still remember going into the bike shop selecting a new bike or asking Calvin or Gigbo to repair the one I wrecked. We had some great times with the "Bull Gang" and I enjoyed working, laughing, haveing a beer, going to the Nu 88 , and going down to the Farm helping out. We spent alot of time together and I have nothing but fond memories of Calvin, he was a good man!!My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.

I met Calvin when I worked on the grounds crew at The Club at Nevillewood in the 90's. He and Glen were building houses. I left there in 2000 and have only seen Calvin on a few chance encounters since then, every time he greated me with that big smile and an enthuistic "KENNY!!!!" it was if we had seen each other just a few days before that.
Just last week, not knowing he was ill, I thought, I need to take the kids to meet Calvin some day soon. That will not happen, as I got a call from my brother last night to tell me of his passing.
I am sorry for your loss.....and mine as well.

Going to miss you Uncle Al. You were always there to encourage me at work when me and dad were fighting and give me advise. Lunchtime was always great when we would sit and BS. Great laughs, great carpenter, and most of all a great friend! Thoughts and prayers to you Glen, Boo, and Travis.

Glen, Beverly & "T" Man.

We know how much that you all did for your brother during his illness. For that, we are sure he is shining down his blessing and appreciation from those big wood rafters in the sky. Calvin, was a pleasure to know and we both wish that he rest in peace in God's wood shop. We already miss him.

I first got to know "Whitey" - as we knew him - when I worked at Stone's Distributing in Mt. Lebanon, which was right next to his Dad's bicycle shop. We became good friends and played softball together, went to the shore, and had countless escapades at the Nu 88. He was a great friend and a great guy. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Glenn.

Best Regards,
