Alma Ramirez Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Castillo Funeral Home on Mar. 16, 2026.
Alma Guadalupe Ramirez was born on August 20, 1950, and was called home to be with the Lord on March 11, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jesus M. Ramirez; her parents, Ubaldo Gonzalez and Guadalupe Ontiveros Gonzalez; and her brothers, Eleazar Gonzalez, Julio Gonzalez, Juan Jose Gonzalez, and Amado Gonzalez.

Alma will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Yolanda, Emanuel, and Joel Ramirez and his wife, Cristal; her cherished grandson, Axel Ramirez; and her siblings, Juan Francisco Gonzalez, Maria Avila, Briselda Ardito, Ubaldo Gonzalez Jr., Jorge Gonzalez, Jesus Gonzalez, Agustina Gonzalez, and David Gonzalez. She also leaves behind many other loving relatives and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Alma was known for her gentle spirit and the kindness she extended to everyone she met. She found great joy in caring for her family and took pride in the simple blessings of life-cooking delicious meals for those she loved, tending to her garden, sewing, and creating beautiful embroidery. She also found great joy in singing songs of praise to the Lord. Her children and grandson were the greatest treasures of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

A woman of deep and abiding faith, Alma possessed a true servant's heart. She found comfort and purpose in praying for others, faithfully attending church, and encouraging those around her with compassion, grace, and unwavering devotion.

Her warmth, generosity, and steadfast love will remain a lasting blessing in the lives of all who knew and loved her.

"Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised."

Proverbs 31:30
