Died peacefully Thursday, October 24, 2024 at the age of 64. Born December 23, 1959 to Dehlia Wilbur Wysocki and the late Aloisius Dloniak. Al spent the last 25 years building a beautiful life with his partner and beloved husband, J. Jeffrey Boles. A dedicated and caring nurse, Al most recently served at FLDDSO, where his compassion and commitment made a lasting impact on those for whom he cared. He was known for his amazing sense of humor, which brought joy to everyone around him, and for the beautiful wreaths he crafted for each season, showcasing his artistic flair.
He is survived by his husband, J. Jeffrey Boles; step-children, Sarah (Ross) Baldwin and Jason (Elizabeth) Boles; mother, Dehlia Wysocki; brothers, Dennis (Kathy) Dloniak, Daniel (Missy) Wysocki and James Wysocki; sister, Cynthia Stiles; adored grandchildren, Emmett, Reed, Charlotte and Margot; mother-in-law, Patricia Boles; sisters-in-law, Debra Boles, Lori (TJ) Shakow and Jill (Bruce) Hearn; brother-in-law, Robert (Pam) Boles; aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; his beloved furry companion, Riley. Al is predeceased by his father, Aloisius and brother, Michael Dloniak.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 1130 Webster Rd., Webster, NY 14580, or Family House, 5308 Liberty Ave., Pittsburg, PA, 15224., or the American Lung Assoc.
Al will be deeply missed by all who know him, and his spirit will live on in the hearts of those whom he touched.
Friends may call 10-11 AM Saturday, November 2 at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 1130 Webster Rd., Webster, NY 14580, where his Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 AM. Arrangements by Willard H. Scott Funeral Home.
