Faye Wiley,97, went to her heavenly home September 16,2025 after a brief illness. 

Born in Glenmora, LA on May 24,1928, her family soon moved to Monroe where she resided until 2018, when she moved to Nashville, Tn to be close to family. She graduated from Ouachita High School and married Archie Wiley in May,1945.

Faye was the last living active charter member of College Place Baptist Church. She was known for her servant heart and leadership in all phases of mission work,

girl scouting and decades in the surgical waiting room as a St. Francis Auxiliary member. She and her husband, Archie, directed the nursery for College Place for 30 years. 

Preceded in death by the love of her life, Archie Wiley (married for 52 years); parents, Jesse and Carrie White; sister, Helen Leigh; brother, Jack White; half-brother, Lawrence White; and half-sisters, Beatrice White and Judy Brock. 

Faye is survived by her son, Donald E. Wiley and his wife Rosie of Nashville, TN. and daughter, Susan Stinnett and her husband Regan of Albuquerque, NM. She had 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. 

Services will be held at the Mausoleum Chapel of Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, 623 Highway 80E, Monroe, LA. 71203. Visitation will be at 10am followed by funeral at 11am, on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Memorials may be made to Gideons International or charity of your choice.
