Alvin Coughran Obituary
Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche with Reverend Phillip Bernard officiating. Services are under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends for visitation 10 AM Thursday at the funeral home.
Alvin was born November 20, 1942 in Dallas, Texas the son of Carl A. and Mildred (Gee) Coughran. He and Janice K. Bond were married December 1, 1970 in Arlington, Texas and she preceded him in death in December 6, 1971 and he later married Patsy Sercey in Dallas, Texas on July 20, 1973 and she preceded him in death April 17, 2009.
He was survived by his son Jonathan Coughran and wife Joyce of Duncan, Oklahoma and his brother James Coughran of Huntsville, Arkansas as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
