He had a deep love for football, especially playing for Adairsville High School in his youth, and later cheering on both high school and college teams. Known for his generous spirit, Alvin was always ready to lend a hand and never met a stranger. He loved the Lord and was passionate about sharing his faith with others—even known for his unique enthusiasm, like setting bonfires to bring people together.
