Alvin Prasad

Alvin Prasad was born on April 30, 1981, in Suva, Fiji, and was the youngest of three children. In 1984, he migrated to the United States with his family, where he grew up and built a life rooted in hard work, compassion, and deep family values. Alvin graduated from Modesto High School and continued his education at Modesto Junior College.

Alvin dedicated 22 years of loyal service to Costco, where he was known for his strong work ethic, kindness, and reliability. In 2015, he pursued a new passion and earned his real estate license, reflecting his drive to grow, learn, and serve others in meaningful ways.

Above all, Alvin was devoted to his family and brought joy to those around him. He touched the hearts of everyone he met with his warmth, generosity, and quiet strength. He also had a special love and talent for baking, a gift he shared with family and friends, creating lasting memories through his care and creativity.

Alvin is survived by his loving parents, Uma and Chandra Prasad; his two elder sisters and brothers-in-law, Anita and Vijay, Sangela and Nilesh; and his four nephews and three nieces, all of whom he loved dearly.
