Alyssa Elaine Gollie

Alyssa Elaine Gollie, 25, of Myrtle Beach, passed away on November 24, 2025, after a long

and courageous battle with epilepsy. Though her life was far too short, Alyssa filled every

moment with sparkle, kindness, and a love that wrapped around everyone she met.

Born and raised in Myrtle Beach, Alyssa was the beloved daughter of Jennifer and Garvin

Gollie, and the cherished sister of Kelsey Gollie and Grayson Gollie. She was the

granddaughter of William and Gail Golder, and Audrey Gollie and the late Wayne Gollie.

Alyssa was deeply loved by her aunts, uncles, cousins, and her many extended family

members who adored her bright spirit.

Alyssa had a heart that never stopped giving. She loved butterflies, everything purple, and

anything that shimmered with sparkle. She was rarely seen without an iced coffee in hand,

and she never missed an opportunity to surprise others with thoughtful gifts. She treasured

long FaceTime calls with her friends and her boyfriend, and she found a second family at

SOS Oak Tree Farm, where she met her "tribe" and felt deeply understood and accepted.

The Epilepsy Foundation held a special place in her heart, and she faced every challenge

with strength, hope, and unshakable courage. Alyssa was a fierce warrior-determined,

resilient, and full of faith that her dreams would one day come true. Her love for her family

was unwavering, and she was their brightest light and greatest cheerleader.

A service to honor and celebrate Alyssa's life will be held on December 6, 2025, at

Goldfinch Beach Chapel in Murrells Inlet at 11:00 AM. In honor of Alyssa's vibrant spirit, the

family welcomes anyone attending to wear purple or something sparkly, if they wish.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation or SOS Care, two

organizations that deeply enriched Alyssa's life.

Alyssa will be forever remembered for her joy, her sparkle, her strength, and the love she

gave so freely. Her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew her.
