Amanda Rae Beaulieu
1982 – 2025
Amanda, Mom, Daughter, Granddaughter, Aunt and Cousin was born on April 21, 1982, and walked through the gates of heaven on October 16, 2025, at the age of 43. She is survived by her four beautiful children, Tyson 22, Tanley, 21, Taurence, 18 and Tennyson, 17, her parents, Ray Beaulieu and Monica Beaulieu, brother Zachary and brother, Eric, his wife Britney and daughter, Natalie. She graduated from Cony High School in 2000 and received an Associate of Arts Degree from the University of Phoenix in 2013. She worked as a Staffing Coordinator for a Nurse Staffing Agency for a couple of years, and also held an office assistant position for a brief time at the Togus VA Medical Center following graduation.
Her primary passion and focus was raising her four children. She always said the world is a tough place so you have to learn to navigate it with independence, strength and resilience. She gave them the best theme-filled birthday parties that included water balloon fights, potato sack races, tug of war, cake in the face, and showered them with gifts and memories. During their childhood, she tried to capture all special moments through photography. At times they did not want to cooperate fully, but she insisted "if you give me five minutes, it'll be over". As we have prepared this tribute, those photos have brought smiles and tears, but most of all, have confirmed how much she loved and cherished her family. Some of her favorite things were her collection of sunglasses that filled many boxes and her love of turtles.
Shared Memories from her Heirs – The 4 T's
Tyson - My special moment with my mother is when we would go apple picking when I was younger, taking time in the fall months to spend time as a family and be together. I always remember in the apple orchard I would sneak away and try my hardest to climb onto the tree. Most of the time, it would end up with her telling me to get down, and when I slowly made my descent, she would take as many photos as she could. I understand now why she always wanted those memories.
Tanley - My mom, someone who lit up the world even on her hardest days, was the biggest diva I know - and I say that with all the love in the world. Every birthday was our special moment together. She made sure of it. From the decorations to the food to the endless guest list, she went all out, always determined to make the day feel larger than life. She'd invite everyone, plan every detail, and let me be a diva for the day (sometimes even a week). Birthdays to her were meant to make you feel like the most loved person on Earth. It didn't matter if times were hard or if she was exhausted - she still found a way to create magic. My parties weren't just celebrations; they were her love story written in confetti and frosting. She never wanted a birthday party for herself, but she made sure everyone else got theirs, and that says everything about who she was. No one will ever top an Amanda Beaulieu birthday - not because of the balloons or the music, but because of the heart she put into it. Those were our moments, and they'll forever be the brightest memories I carry of her.
Taurence – My favorite memory with Mom is walking up the hill back home after she had taken us to the Williams skate park and we would listen to music off of her iPod shuffle while sharing her earbud and she would sing with me because I was too scared to sing alone. Our favorite song was "Cooler Than Me" by Mike Posner.
Tennyson - I truly don't know if i have one favorite special moment with mom. Because all moments with her were special, as we look back on our childhood our mom Amanda made every day worth living for. But If i had to pick one favorite memory with mom, it would be when we built my treehouse. I had wanted the coolest treehouse with trap doors and a ladder and a bucket system, and of course that is exactly what Mom made for me. She was a person of great detail, and always did things just as people asked, she would do things to perfection, and that is exactly what my treehouse turned out to be.
She had a life that brought challenges her way and she faced them with conviction. She had a very giving heart and had a tight circle of friends for many years that she cherished greatly and loved their children as much as her own.
A memorial tribute for her will be held at Knowlton and Hewins Funeral Home, 1 Church Street in Augusta, on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. A celebration of life will follow at Viles Arboretum in the Barn from 2:30-4:30 p.m.
Fall was her best season, and included flannels and blue jeans, which we will wear in her honor.
We know she is at peace with God and surrounded by her Grandfather, Normand Lajoie, her Grandmother, Anne Beaulieu, and her Great-Grandmother, Martha Ouellette as well as other family and friends.
We must remember even in grief LOVE roars louder! God bless you all!
