Amber Danielle Cassell Becton, 33, of Rock Hill, SC, passed away on February 20, 2026.
Born on April 15, 1992, Amber was a beautiful spirit whose presence could never be ignored. She was joyful, wild, and unapologetically herself. Amber was always incredibly brave in the face of life’s hardships. A childhood cancer survivor, she carried within her a rare strength, resilience, and appreciation for life. She was loud in the best way– bringing laughter, energy, and life wherever she went. Amber did not simply exist in a room– she filled it, leaving an unforgettable mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Above all else, Amber was a devoted and loving mother. Her children were the center of her world, and she loved them with every fiber of her being. The bond she shared with them is unbreakable, and her love will continue to guide and protect them always.
Amber is survived by her beloved children, Brook Hanson (15), Easton Ray (Bubby) Becton (2), and Kade Sanders (Tootie) Becton (5 months); her husband, Timothy Becton; her parents, Brad Cassell (Angie) and Hope Mosley (Chad); her sisters, Heather Mosley (Calen), Taylor McIntyre (Justin), and Erica Parker; her brother, Brett Cassell (Payton); her many nieces and nephews, and countless other family members and friends who loved her deeply.
Amber will always be remembered for her fierce love, her resilience in the face of adversity, and the kindness she showed to others. Her impact on the lives of those who knew her is immeasurable, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
A visitation will be held on Friday from 3-5 pm at Bass Cauthen Funeral Home on 700 Heckle Blvd. Rock Hill, SC 29730.
A service to honor Amber’s life will be held at 2532 Killian Rd, Edgemoor, SC 29712 on February 28, 2026, at 2 pm.
