Amin Ishmael Cooper

Mr. Amin Ishmael Cooper, 21, son of Maxine Harrison and Michael Cooper was born January 8, 1995 in Florence, South Carolina. He entered a new life on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. Amin attended the public schools of Florence County and was formerly employed with Cooper Landscaping. At an early age, he was baptized at Elizabeth Baptist Church. Amin was a respectful, loving, caring, smiling person who loved kids. He was very well loved by everyone that he came in contact with. A sweet and loving spirit, Amin bought nothing but love, joy, and happiness to all he encountered. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Matthew "Mack" Ashley; paternal grandparents, Alonzo Pete Cooper and Annie Lou Cooper; sister, Shamir Cooper; and close cousin, Daniel Waiters. Those left to cherish his memories include: his mother, Maxine Harrison; father, Michael Cooper; six sisters, Tamerria Harrison; Malarie, MaKayah, Tytiana, Zakiyyah and Michaekia Cooper; three brothers, Michael Cooper, Amir Cooper and Bruce Harrison; maternal grandmother, Henrietta Johnson; two stepsisters, Malaysia and Qulay Broaddus; niece, Paris York; nephew, Dominique Durant, Jr.; special cousin who was like a brother, Ryan Eaddy; a very special friend, Lisa Floyd; and a host of aunts, uncles, other cousins, relatives, and friends.
