Amos was like a brother to me. He grew up in my neighborhood. Out of all his many talents, he is best known to me as a gifted trumpet player and an amazing entertainer. If you've ever seen him dance and choreograph, you know what I mean. He was a good man. My condolences to his family. Rest well Amos Gamble.
Pictured here is Amos entertaining at the AW Jackson reunion in 2019. I was the DJ playing "Talkin Loud and Sayin Nothing" by James Brown for his choreographed dance.
