Amy Bellinger Obituary
Amy was born April 10, 1983 to Dan and Kim Bellinger, in Lincoln, Neb. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, niece and friend, and will be missed by many. Her infectious smile, along with her rambunctious personality, brought joy to everyone she met. She was rarely without something green nearby, a color she cherished and carried with her for luck.
Amy loved Disney movies, especially The Little Mermaid, and all things fairytale-inspired. From a young age, she enjoyed dancing, listening to music, and playing softball. She danced for several years at True Dance and Company and also played softball through the YWCA. She cherished time with her daughter, Soriah, sharing in video games and movie nights, particularly enjoying horror films. She also found joy in the holidays and in spending time with her family.
Amy is survived by her daughter Soriah Sanders of Lincoln, Neb.; father Dan Bellinger of Lincoln, Neb.; brother Bobby (Kourtney) Bellinger of Lincoln, Neb.; niece Claire Harre of Lincoln, Neb.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Kim Bellinger.
The family requests all memorials be made in Amy's name to the Hereditary Neurological Disease Centre (specializing in Huntington's disease) 9300 E. 29th St N, Suite 350, Wichita, Kansas, 67226.
Details for a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
