Amy Marie Bushmire was born in El Paso, Texas, on April 22, 1978, to Barbara and Robert Munoz. She attended Judson High School, where she was involved in the marching band, the National Honor Society, and was recognized in Who’s Who Among American High School Students. Amy received a full academic scholarship to the University of the Incarnate Word. She loved spending time with family and friends, taking pictures, and making memories. Amy enjoyed shopping, singing in her car, and karaoke on Sundays — but most of all, she cherished time spent with her daughter, Shelby, and her grandson, Oden. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe and Esther Lopez of Kermit, Texas, and Francisco and Evelia Munoz of El Paso, Texas; her nephew, Zayd Munoz-Hosseini; and her unborn children, Billy, Avery, and Cory, who were lovingly remembered and cherished. Amy is survived by her parents, Barbara and Roberto Munoz; her husband, Wesley Bushmire; her daughter, Shelby Bushmire; and her grandson, Oden Rossi. She is also survived by her siblings: brother Robert Munoz (Evelyn Munoz), sister Joni Cruz (Louis Cruz), and sister Gabrielle Lopez. Her nieces and nephews include Robert Joseph Munoz, Corina Munoz, Noah Munoz, Dominic Feike, Cain Munoz-Hosseini, and Elijah Loza. Amy’s life was filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Pallbearers for the service will be: Wesley Bushmire, Carlos Lopez, Louis Cruz, Dominic Feike, Cain Munoz-Hosseini, and Elijah Loza.
