Amy Kathleen Calabro

Amy Kathleen Calabro, 53, of Beverly MA, passed away on November 8, 2025. Born on August 1, 1972, in Beverly, Massachusetts, to Susan and Guy Calabro. Amy was a beloved mother to her two children, Caryssa Turner and Matthew Calabro-Groppo.

A 1991 graduate of Beverly High School, Amy dedicated much of her life to childcare. She found joy working as a babysitter during teenage years and later continued her passion through positions at KinderCare and the YMCA. Her love for children shone through every aspect of her life. Creative and full of energy, Amy expressed herself through dance and art, often creating crafts to share with her children.

Amy was a loving, compassionate, and strong woman- a breast cancer survivor whose resilience inspired everyone around her. No matter the challenges she faced, she never stopped showing the deep love she carried for her family.

Along with her children and parents, Amy's memory will be cherished by her brother, Michael Calabro, and his wife Amanda Calabro, along with their children Zachary and Mia Calabro; her sister, Beth Calabro; and her aunt, Kathleen Snow. Her beautiful smile, infectious laugh and warm hugs will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours in the Berube & Sons Funeral Home, 191 Lafayette St. Salem, MA on Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 1-4 p.m. Burial will be private at a later date.
