Amy Crews

Amy Marie Crews, age 46, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, in Arcadia, Florida. She was born on August 2, 1979, to John Crews and Edith Sweeting. Amy enjoyed reading, watching television, photography and cooking. Amy loved photography and took amazing photos of family, friends and places that had meaning to her. She was also gifted in creating a comfortable home interior no matter where she was. Amy loved all animals, especially her beloved fur baby Bella. She spent lots of time at her father's farm tending the animals and doing the work that she loved. She loved owls and had a large collection of owls and cows themed items.

She was very passionate about her family and friends and was a member of the North Hillsborough Baptist Church.

Amy is survived by her mother Edith Sweeting, father John Crews (Betty), brother Sam Charles Deriso Jr., sisters Teri Lynn Deriso Bryan, Kelley Irby and Lisa McManus along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Her thoughtfulness and kindness will be missed. She will be remembered as a loving daughter and sister.
