I pray that he may grant you through the abundance of his glory to be made mighty in the man you are inside, with power through his spirit… (Ephesians 3:16) In this time of a loss of someone special in your lives be comforted to know God cares and will help you to endure.

I was in Iraq when the shooting was goin on. We were gluedd to the tv and in awe at what was goin on. Only months before, we were in that some building, we even talked with the civillian that was killed Mr. Cahill. I never knew SGT krueger, but to me we are all brothers and sisters in the Armed Forces. She will not be forgotten. She gave the Ultimate Sacrifice, along with the other fallen.

to amy's family~i just want you to know that your daughter was a battle buddy of mine during a deployment to afghanistan in 2003. she was one of my very good friends there and we dont forget those that we care about when we deploy. it really hit hard knowing that she was taken from us. i refused to believe that it was her until i saw her picture in the news. my husband mentioned that he recognized her from a few of my pictures and i stood there in our living room, frozen in time. she will be missed but her memories will live forever. she was a wonderful soldier and a very dear friend. when we deploy to the sandbox, the people we are with become our family and she was loved as a sister. she was my sister in arms and stood beside me throughout the deployment. she was there to hold the US Flag when i reenlisted and stood at attention when i was promoted to NCO. there were three of us that were always together like family. she will be missed.

I am so sorry to the family for this tragic, loss. I hope you can draw comfort in a verse in the Bible where it tells us that God is not the cause of our suffering at Job 34:10 where it says; "...Far be it from the true God to act wickedly. And the Almighty God to act unjustly!" Our thoughts are with the family at this sad time.

I had the pleasure of knowing Amy....and this is what she taught me.
Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets…so love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't, and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance… take it. If it changes your life…let it. Nobody said life would be easy… they just promised it would be worth it. And for those of us who knew AMY … we were truly blessed! She was an amazingly strong, courageous woman who loved life, her family, her friends, and her country. She always had a smile on her face and she loved to laugh…she enjoyed life! She will be SADLY MISSED but more so, she will be FOREVER LOVED! R.I.P. MY DEAR FRIEND, AMY!!!
My deepest, heartfelt sympathy to Amy's family.

Follow The Rainbow To Heaven.
=======================================
A Soldier had die out on the
battlefield;
Broken hearts are weeping For
Them,
But take comfort of knowing
that God had sent Them a
rainbow from heaven;
The Souls of the Soldiers
have gone to there home
in heaven,
Our Loved One's has follow
God's lovely rainbow in the
sky;
All the way to the end of the
sky.
That leads all the way to the
other end of the Lord's
house in heaven,
So just keep on praying and
trust that God will send us
that same rainbow in the sky;
Where Our Loved One's are
waiting For You and For Me at
the end of the rainbow in
heaven.

A Reminiscence
YES, thou art gone! and never more
Thy sunny smile shall gladden me;
But I may pass the old church door,
And pace the floor that covers thee.
May stand upon the cold, damp stone,
And think that, frozen, lies below
The lightest heart that I have known,
The kindest I shall ever know.
Yet, though I cannot see thee more,
'Tis still a comfort to have seen;
And though thy transient life is o'er,
'Tis sweet to think that thou hast been;
To think a soul so near divine,
Within a form so angel fair,
United to a heart like thine,
Has gladdened once our humble sphere.

Remember
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.
