Ana Red Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by International Cremation & Funeral Care on Feb. 12, 2026.
Ana Maria Figueredo, professionally known as Ana Red, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026, in New Port Richey, Florida, at the age of 61. Born on October 11, 1964, in Brooklyn, New York, Ana lived a life marked by passion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional excellence.

Ana was a trailblazer in her field, founding and serving as the CEO of Secret Art of Sales, where she carved out a significant niche with her two insightful books: The Secret Art of Selling Insurance and The Secret Art of Non-Toxic Relationships: Journaling Your Way to a Drama-Less Existence. Her career was distinguished by her roles as a Sales Manager and Sales Executive at AccuQuote, as well as Sales Broker and Agent at Humana, Florida Blue, and White Tigress Insurance. Ana's remarkable ability to inspire and mentor those around her earned her recognition as an award-winning educator and top sales producer.

Having earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Florida International University, Ana continued to expand her horizons by obtaining a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Barry University. Her academic achievements were a testament to her lifelong love of learning and her dedication to using knowledge as a tool for empowerment.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ana found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. She was devoted to her beloved French Bulldog, Bijoux, and cherished her time by the ocean. An avid journaler, Ana used her writing as a means of reflection and growth, often sharing her wisdom with young mentees who sought her guidance.

Ana is preceded in death by her parents, Alfredo Odón Figueredo and Yolanda Fulgencia Rodríguez-Figueredo; her older brother, Alfredo Ezequiél Figueredo; and her older sister, Yolanda Inocencia Figueredo-Rodríguez. She is survived by her older brother, Aurelio José Figueredo, along with numerous friends and colleagues who will remember her warmth, generosity, and indomitable spirit. At her own final request, her ashes will be committed to the Atlantic Ocean that she so loved.

Ana Maria Figueredo will be deeply missed, but her legacy of kindness, knowledge, and innovation will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
