Nació el 22 de Enero de 1955 en Las Matas de Farfan, República Dominicana.
Anastacio, más conocido como Adame, era un devoto esposo, padre, abuelo, hermano, tío y amigo. Vivió con la convicción de que el trabajo y la constancia dignifican al ser humano. Trabajo para Marcal Paper Company por 13 años y Ogando Painting LLC por 18 años. Era conocido por su trabajo duro, la dedicación y la generosidad. Creía firmemente en ganarse todo con esfuerzo y llevó esa filosofía a cada aspecto de su vida.
Le sobreviven su esposa Elizabeth Castro, sus hijos Alexis Ogando, Clarissa Ogando, Yolfi Ogando, Ludwig Ogando, Dayrene Ogando, Sabelis Ogando, suegra Nereyda Taveras. Sus hermanos Lucia Ogando, Eusebio Ogando, Mariana Ogando, Eulogia Ogando, Ursulina Ogando, Cicilia Ogando, Nunila Ogando, David Ogando y demás familiares que lo recordarán con amor y gratitud. Fue precedido en la muerte por Fernando Ogando, Juana Ogando, Olegario Ogando, y Eutropia Ogando.
Se llevará a cabo un servicio funerario el día Domingo 11 de Enero, de 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm, en Madonna Multinational Funeral Home. 109 Howe Ave Passaic NJ 07055. El entierro se realizará al día siguiente, Lunes, 12 de Enero, a las 10:30am en East Ridgelawn Cemetery & Crematory 255 Main Ave Clifton, NJ 07014
